| incidental INSPIRATION | the city drives me to be a better designer
After participating first big visioning session in the NY office, today surrounded by people who are more accomplished than I could only hope to be I have found a renwed obession for retail.
“Where do I put Dior?”
Not a bad design challenge to overhear at 10 am!

color CLASHING?!
I can’t help but be slightly personally offended when a trend that I see year round in my closet is referred to as “color clashing”. I think I would prefer something a bit more refined like Singing All Tones or Bright Idea. IDK I’m not a copywriter… ;)

| my TOPS | my highlights of Fashion’s Night Out
Waiting patiently in line at @DVF made Troy and I think about how we need to become real big deals in NY before next year.:) But despite that we had lots of fun visiting stores in the Meatpacking District and purchasing items from The Shops at Target and the great temporary stores that have been set up under The High Line next door to DVF. Definitely worth checking out if not only for the food. ( They will be there through October) AND I heard a rumor of AMAZING Thai inspired hot dogs from Asian Dog. ;)
